Trading cryptocurrency perpetual contracts, futures, and leveraged derivatives carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Leveraged trading can result in the rapid and total loss of your invested capital. You should never trade with capital you cannot afford to lose.
1. Non-Custodial Interface Only
ShaolinPanda (accessible via trade.shaolinpanda.com) is an open-source, non-custodial decentralized frontend interface. ShaolinPanda does not operate an exchange, hold custody of user funds, control private keys, or execute settlement. All on-chain orders are routed directly to public, decentralized protocols (including the Hyperliquid Layer 1 blockchain) and centralized exchange APIs under your sole control.
2. No Financial or Investment Advice
All content, tools, quantitative strategy templates (including Infinity Grid, Funding Harvester, and DCA bots), paper trading balances, and market metrics provided on this terminal are for educational, informational, and simulation purposes only. None of the materials constitute investment advice, financial advice, or trading recommendations.
3. Automated Bot & Strategy Risks
Automated grid bots, mathematical arbitrage calculators, and execution scripts operate based on user-defined parameters. Past simulated backtest returns (e.g., target APYs) are not indicative of future performance. Market conditions, sharp trend reversals, slippage, and liquidation cascades can cause severe losses.
4. Jurisdictional & Compliance Disclaimers
Users are strictly responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions. This interface is not directed toward or intended for use by persons residing in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency derivatives trading is prohibited (including sanctioned territories or restricted regions).
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall ShaolinPanda, its operators, contributors, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from network delays, smart contract failures, exchange downtime, wallet vulnerabilities, or trading losses.
